Use of facebook messenger

Hi,
Facebook messenger is not officially recognised as the voice-enabled platform. Audio can only be sent as attachments. Would it be considered an eligible entry, if participants develop a bot using Facebook messenger (voice input) + Wit.ai and Text message as output?
